PVC Business Cards

A fully custom-printed PVC card, made to your own artwork — logo, text, photo, QR code or a finished design. 85 x 54 mm and 0.38 mm thick, with rounded corners and a choice of four surface finishes.

Before you order

Black and dark artwork: glossy finishing is not recommended. On a dark background the gloss shows fingerprints, reflections and surface marks far more than it does on a light one — choose matte or frosted instead.

QR codes: if your design was produced with AI tools, test the QR code with your phone before you send it over. AI-generated artwork occasionally contains a QR code that cannot be scanned correctly.

Design help is free: if you need a card design created or improved, tell us. The AI-assisted design support costs nothing extra.

About this card

Personalise a PVC card with your logo, text, photo, QR code or complete brand artwork. The material is durable and flexible, so the card keeps a smooth, modern appearance and resists moisture and everyday handling far better than a paper card.

Use it for business introductions, membership programmes, customer rewards, promotions, appointments and events — or as a card slipped into product packaging.

Product features

Fully customisable design

Send your logo, text, photo, QR code or finished artwork and we print to your file, so the card matches the rest of your brand.

Durable PVC

Quality PVC at approximately 0.38 mm. Smooth, flexible and water-resistant, and built for repeated daily use.

Full-colour printing

Logos, text, photos, patterns and QR codes all print in full colour. The cleaner the source file, the cleaner the result — send high-resolution artwork or a vector file where you can.

Rounded corners

Rounded corners sit better in the hand and give the card a clean, modern outline.

Water-resistant and flexible

PVC takes light splashes, moisture, bending and everyday wear. It is water-resistant rather than waterproof, so do not leave the cards soaking in water.

Finish options

Glossy	Smooth surface with a bright, reflective finish.
Matte	Soft, non-glare surface with an elegant appearance.
Frosted	Textured matte surface with a refined look.
Transparent frosted	Semi-transparent frosted surface. Single-sided printing only.

Four finishes, in the order the listing gives them. Tell us which one you need when you send your artwork — for example matte.
